The price is inclusive of; - welcome drinks and towels - breakfast (can choose either Asian to Continental breakfast); Continental Breakfast; eggs, sausages, bacons, oranges juice, toast, butter, milk, Strawberry Jam, Coffee, Tea Asian Breakfast; pork or chicken porridge, orange juice, toast, butter, milk, Strawberry Jam, Coffee, Tea - daily cleaning service, time will be advised by villa staff - Daily transfer to the beach - Free chef service 1 meal per 3 nights booking - 1 round airport transfer per 3 nights booking
Note: - Extra van is 1,000THB per van. (For airport transfer) - Security Deposit of 15,000THB is required on the date of arrival and will be returned to client on check-out date if there is no damage done. - Chef cost at THB1,500/ 1 meal cooking or 2,000THB per day for 2 meals cooking. Guest needs to pay for groceries; food ingredients and drinks at the market price plus 15% service charge.
Terms of rental payment; - 50% of the rental rate is required to be paid within 14 days from the booking date - balance 50% is required to be paid 30 days prior to arrival date - for a booking made less than 30 days prior to arrival, the full payment needs to be paid not later than 7 days from the booking being confirmed -if payment is not made on or before the due dates as required herein, the Owner or the Owner's Representative may cancel the booking, in which case this Rental Contract will be thereby terminated without any further notice required.
Terms of cancellation;
- In case of postponing the stay, it needs to be informed at least 15 days prior to the arrival date. - In case of postponing the stay less than 15 days from the check-in date, the villa reserves the right not to refund the reservation fee. - In the event of a cancellation due to the closure of risk area of Covid-19 spreading which announced by government, the villa provides a full refund of reservation fee.
